This perennial dies back to below ground level each year in autumn, then fresh new growth appears again in spring.

  A tumbling mass of soft pink, five-petalled flowers on hairy stems from June to August. This low-growing, evergreen perennial is perfect for the front of a sunny, well-drained border, rock garden or raised bed.
