Because so many of our products are living, our delivery network only covers places we can reach within 3 days.

Can I return the goods?
You can return anything you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt to advise of its return.
Returns should not be used and must be in a resalable condition. The only exceptions to this are Christmas Trees.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Are the plants guaranteed?
Yes. All fully hardy plants (hardy shrubs, trees and perennials) are guaranteed for 5 years, and other plants for their first flowering season, from when they were bought. Guarantees only apply if all instructions sent out with the order are followed.
If the plant fails in the first 2 years, please send us a picture of it with your order reference number using the contact us form here. Once we've found the cause of the problem we'll replace it or refund you.
This guarantee doesn’t include plants damaged due to lack of watering or proper horticultural care.
Bank Holidays
No deliveries are made on a Bank Holiday – or the day after a Bank Holiday.
