Water saving gel
These water-saving gel crystals are ideal if you’re going away on holiday or just fancy making the garden a little more low maintenance. You can use them in hanging baskets, pots and containers and they’ll store up to a litre of water per pot, slowly releasing it as needed to stop plants drying out.
When planting up new pots and containers, you can simply incorporate the gel crystals into the compost beforehand. With existing pots and containers, make several small holes in the compost (avoiding roots), tip in a small amount of crystals and cover them over with compost.
Store in a cool, dry place. Always read instructions before use.
