Narcissus 'Sir Winston Churchill'

double daffodil bulbs

Product Image
Loose clusters of creamy-white, double flowers, each flecked with orange, top the upright stems in spring. Their enchanting, slightly ruffled appearance and sweet perfume, make them perticularly popular for cutting and adding to fresh bouquets.

An award-winning daffodil, Narcissus 'Sir Winston Churchill' can also be used to form drifts through the front of the border, and is best placed near an entrance or path where its spring scent and colour can best be admired.

How to care for Narcissus Sir Winston Churchill:

Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year's flowers.
