Maturing through a myriad of rainbow colours, ‘Spangles’ is an attractive variety with pretty conical-shaped, mild-flavoured fruits which ripen from light purple through white, to orange and finally bright red. Makes an excellent sweet chilli sauce. As with all chilli peppers, always wear gloves when handling the pods.

Plant out in a greenhouse April to June. When plants reach 20cm high, pinch out the tips to encourage more side shoots and therefore more peppers.
