Arctotis × hybrida 'Red Devil'

African daisy

Product Image
Fiery African daisies with blood-red flowers from from mid to late summer, topping stout stems bearing deeply divided, felted, silvery-green leaves.

Arctotis × hybrida hort. 'Red Devil' is a free-flowering, long-lasting container plant for a sunny patio or courtyard garden.

How to care for Arctotis × hybrida hort. Red Devil:

Grow on under glass until all risk of frost has passed and they can be planted outside in a well-prepared bed or patio pot. Use a freely-draining compost mix, or add additional grit, sharp sand, or perlite, as Arctotis prefer an open growing medium.

Pinching out the growing tips will encourage them to become bushier, and feed with a high-potash fertiliser at regular intervals throughout the summer.
